Project & Infrastructure Finance Lawyer – Singapore

A leading international law firm is looking to add a mid-level Project & Infrastructure Finance lawyer to its highly regarded Singapore practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer currently in London, Australia or New Zealand who is interested in relocating or returning to Asia and joining a team with a particularly strong project and infrastructure finance offering across the APAC region.

The practice advises lenders, sponsors and other market participants on sophisticated project financings and infrastructure transactions. Data centres are an increasingly significant part of the team’s work across Singapore and Australia, alongside more traditional infrastructure sectors including transport, social infrastructure and other major projects.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates who:

• Have approximately 2-6 years’ PQE gained in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Singapore;
• Have trained and practised with a leading international or top-tier domestic firm;
• Can demonstrate substantive project or infrastructure finance experience, ideally as part of a broader banking and finance practice;
• Have experience of data centre financings or other digital infrastructure projects, although this is not essential; and
• Are interested in developing their career in Singapore as part of a leading regional practice.

Candidates with experience across more traditional project finance sectors, including transport and major infrastructure, are equally encouraged to apply. The team is open to considering strong lawyers currently based outside Singapore, with relocation and sponsorship available where required.
