Job Description :
1. Incoming Material Inspection
a) Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials and packaging materials to ensure compliance with approved specifications and acceptance criteria.
b) Verify the condition, labelling, and identification of incoming materials upon receipt.
c) Identify, document, and report any non-conforming raw materials or packaging materials to the immediate superior and relevant departments for further action.
d) Act as the primary Quality Control representative for all incoming quality inspection activities.
2. Incoming Documentation Verification
a) Review and verify incoming quality documents, including but not limited to Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Conformance (COC), delivery documents, and other supplier quality documents.
b) Ensure accompanying documents are complete, accurate, and comply with company requirements before materials are accepted.
3. Incoming Sampling & Testing
a) Conduct sampling of incoming raw materials and packaging materials in accordance with approved sampling procedures.
b) Perform visual inspections and designated quality checks to verify compliance with approved specifications.
c) Submit samples for laboratory analysis or further verification when required.
4. Incoming Quality Records Management
a) Maintain accurate and complete Incoming QC inspection records, test results, and non-conformance records.
b) Update the daily Incoming QC Tracking File in the designated company server (Samba) to ensure traceability and timely reporting.
c) Prepare and submit Incoming QC Inspection Reports to the immediate superior within the required timeframe.
5. Packaging Specification & Reference Sample Management
a) Update and maintain Packaging Specification records in the designated company server whenever new packaging materials or new suppliers are introduced.
b) Update and maintain the Colour Folder and Metal Folder to ensure the latest approved packaging reference samples are available for inspection and verification.
6. Warehouse Pest Monitoring
a) Conduct periodic warehouse inspections for signs of pest activity in accordance with the Pest Control Programme.
b) Report inspection findings and any evidence of pest activity to the immediate superior for further investigation and corrective action.
7. Outgoing Product Inspection
a) Conduct inspections of finished products prior to shipment to verify compliance with approved product specifications, packaging requirements, food safety and quality requirements, and customer requirements.
b) Verify product appearance, packaging condition, labelling, coding, pallet condition, container cleanliness, and overall shipment quality before loading.
c) Verify product information, including batch number, manufacturing (MFG) date, expiry (EXP) date, quantity, and other product identification details before shipment.
d) Identify, document, and report any non-conforming products or quality deviations identified during inspection to the immediate superior and relevant departments for appropriate action.
e) Ensure only finished products meeting approved quality requirements are released for shipment.
f) Act as the primary Quality Control representative for outgoing quality inspection activities.
8. Shipment Documentation Support
a) Provide batch numbers, manufacturing (MFG) dates, expiry (EXP) dates, and other product information requested by the Shipping Department to facilitate shipment documentation.
b) Coordinate with the Shipping Department to resolve any quality-related issues prior to product loading.
9. Outgoing Inspection Records Management
a) Capture clear photographs of finished products, pallet conditions, and container loading during outgoing inspections.
b) Upload inspection photographs to the designated company server (Samba) for traceability, audit purposes, and future reference.
c) Complete and submit Outgoing QC Inspection Reports accurately and within the required timeframe.
d) Maintain accurate and complete outgoing inspection records, including inspection reports and photographic evidence, to support product traceability, audit requirements, customer requirements, and quality investigations.
Requirements:
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
