Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver innovative undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.
  • Develop and supervise research projects in emerging areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Ethical AI, Cyber Defence, Threat Intelligence, and Cyber Resilience.
  • Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable international journals and conferences.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaborations and actively secure external research funding and consultancy projects.
  • Mentor and supervise undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students, fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with industry, government agencies, and academic institutions to enhance research, innovation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, programme accreditation, and other academic and administrative activities within the faculty.

Requirements

  • A PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated excellence in research, evidenced by publications in high-impact journals and reputable international conferences.
  • Experience in university-level teaching, curriculum development, and student supervision.
  • Proven ability or strong potential to secure research grants, establish industry collaborations, and lead research initiatives.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
  • Cybersecurity, Cyber Defence, and Ethical Hacking
  • Digital Forensics and Incident Response
  • Cryptography and Network Security
  • AI Ethics, Governance, and Trustworthy AI
  • Cyber Threat Intelligence and Cyber Resilience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
