We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate who is eager to learn and contribute to our marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll assist in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and marketing campaigns . If you're detail-oriented, resourceful, and have a knack for storytelling, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage content creation for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube etc.).
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and improve marketing strategies.
• Assist in designing promotional materials, infographics, and presentations.
• Help track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Support administrative tasks related to marketing, such as organizing content calendars and reports.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field .

Skills & Experience:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and branding .
• Strong writing and communication skills for crafting engaging content.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, or video editing tools.
• Analytical mindset to interpret marketing data and trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with a creative and proactive attitude .
• Strong attention to details.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or paid advertising (Facebook/Google Ads) is a bonus but not required.
