Job Description

• Strong in Architecture, concepts & space planning

• Knowledge of URA guidelines

• Knowledge in design development set of detailed drawings

• Able to produce an entire set of tender drawings

• Knowledge of Auto-Cad / Sketch-up & Photoshop

• Knowledge in the selection of colours & materials

• Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity and initiative

• A good team player and possess good time management skills to meet multiple deadlines
