Clinical Research Assistant

Location: Buona Vista Salary: Up to $3500 Working Hours: Mon to Fri 830am-530pm

About the Role

We are looking for a Locum Clinical Research Assistant (1 year contract) to provide administrative and operational support within a Clinical Research Unit (CRU). This role supports clinical studies through study documentation, participant registration, laboratory sample processing, and general research operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain study files, trial documentation, and research records.

• Perform data entry, document verification, and quality checks.

• Support study monitoring visits, document archiving, and study administration.

• Register and assist clinical trial participants during study visits.

• Process biological samples, prepare specimens for shipment, and operate laboratory equipment.

• Monitor laboratory supplies and assist with equipment maintenance records.

• Support volunteer recruitment activities, database updates, and screening coordination.

• Provide general administrative support to the clinical research team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Healthcare, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research, laboratory, healthcare, or administrative support is an advantage.

• Meticulous, organized, and able to handle documentation accurately.

• Comfortable working in a clinical and laboratory environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
