Job Summary

As a Student Care Teacher, you will lead engaging character development programs and supervise primary school children to ensure their academic progress and safety. You will collaborate with parents and maintain centre operations to foster a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and apply conflict resolution techniques to promote positive student behavior
• Execute PlayFACTO character development programs and design engaging activities to enhance student growth
• Supervise primary school children (Primary 1 to 6) to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily homework
• Ensure the safety and punctual transfer of children from school to the student centre
• Liaise regularly with parents and guardians to communicate children’s progress and behavior updates
• Perform administrative tasks including sales, fee collection, form processing, and upkeep of centre premises
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties delegated by the Centre Head

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification

• Prior experience in a relevant role, preferably working with primary school children
• Demonstrated exceptional work ethics and high integrity
