Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the company's administrative operations to ensure efficient day-to-day office functions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative procedures and workflows.
• Maintain company records, filing systems, and project documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure proper document control for all construction projects, including timely filing, tracking, and retrieval of project documents.
• Handle purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders, coordinating supplier requirements, and monitoring deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and in accordance with project requirements.
• Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on outstanding orders to support project operations.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational support.
• Other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Job skills and requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in the construction industry.
• Effective communication skills (written and spoken)

Xing Jia Pte Ltd began as a subcontractor in April 2013 with only several workers and could only undertake some small projects. Over the years, the company has grown to a medium sized construction company and undertaken many challenging projects from which the company accumulated project management skills and experiences in steel structural construction works.
