About the Role

Omega 365Singapore is seeking a motivated and proactive HR and Recruitment Executive to support the Office Manager in daily HR, recruitment, and business development activities. This role is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee onboarding, HR administration, client engagement, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Office Manager in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding.
  • Source, screen, and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, Job Street, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring CVs and candidate profiles are accurate and suitable for client submissions.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment documentation for client submissions.
  • Assist with work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other employment-related documentation in compliance with Singapore regulations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to HR and recruitment enquiries from candidates, employees, and clients.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, visa applications, accommodation, and insurance coverage for employees where required.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, including insurance enrolment, orientation, and preparation of welcome kits.
  • Review employee timesheets and verify supporting documents for payroll and invoicing purposes.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying prospective clients, conducting market research, and maintaining an up-to-date client database.
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, recruitment service agreements, and other business development materials.
  • Coordinate meetings with prospective and existing clients and provide administrative support for client engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and responding promptly to recruitment requirements.
  • Assist in promoting the company's recruitment services through networking events, career fairs, LinkedIn, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Office Manager and Management team as required.

Requirements and Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Street, or other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Customer-focused mindset with confidence in communicating with clients and supporting business development activities.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative team player.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass processes is an advantage.
Experience in the Marine and Oil and Gas recruitment or staffing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
