Job Description:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to financial transactions.
• Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and office organization.
• Coordinate logistics, staff scheduling, deployment and administrative tasks for events and projects.
• Assist with financial reports/budget, payroll processing, and employee expense claims.
• Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and compliance documents.

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years of working experience in accounting and administrative roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
