Job Title : Accounts Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance operations and reporting functions. The role involves financial reporting, audit coordination, treasury support, and process improvement initiatives, including compliance with Japan listing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain monthly audit schedules
• Prepare quarterly financial reporting and related analysis
• Support financial reporting and integration with Japan listing requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory parties
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and management reporting
• Develop and improve process flowcharts and documentation for finance operations
• Support process improvement initiatives and internal controls enhancement
• Partially assist in treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring and banking matters
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of GST and local tax regulations
• Proficiency in SAP (B1) software and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for financial reporting and analysis.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to work independently with a proactive and results-oriented approach, while being a team player
