Key Responsibilities

• Office Operations: Oversee daily office tasks, manage supplies inventory, and handle facility maintenance.

• Communication & Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage executive calendars, take meeting notes, and act as a contact point for vendors and staff.

• Documentation & Records: Maintain digital and physical filing systems, update databases, and draft reports or presentations.

• Support Functions: Assist in company projects with sales department, and travel arrangements.

Core Requirements

• Education: Minimum local diploma or relevant degree in business or office administration.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general database management.

• Soft Skills: Excellent organization, multi-tasking, clear verbal communication, and strict attention to confidentiality.
