Job Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection.

• Operate CMM to carry out dimensional inspections.

• Use various QC measuring equipment.

• Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T.

• Develop methods and checklist for inspection.

• Prepare First Article and Final QC Inspection Reports.

• Identify and report non-conforming parts.

• Support production in resolving quality issues.

• Maintain inspection records and ensure measuring equipment are calibrated.

• Assist in design of various fixtures and tooling for in house inspection.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Precision or Manufacturing Engineering.

• Must have hands-on experience operating and programming CMM, preferably PCDMIS.

• Able to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.

• Experience in precision engineering or machining is preferred.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 is an advantage.

• Dedicated, responsible and able to work independently.
