We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales Engineer to join and grow our Software Solutions team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
• Provide support and and consultation to customers, helping them understand the value and benefits of TME solutions
• Conduct TME Solutions presentations
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create compelling proposals and respond to RFPs/Tender submissions
• Identify, engage and nurture prospective customers to build a strong sales pipeline
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote TME Solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects across the regions

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Technical skills

• In-depth knowledge of either Modeling & Simulation or Real-Time Operating Systems
• Strong engineering or computer science background
• Experience with software demos and technical presentations
• Ability to understand and address customer technical requirements

Soft Skills

• Consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus for building lasting relationships
• Experience in selling software solutions
• Abilit to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different cultural environments
