Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, website content, and online listings.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with suppliers, designers, printers, and advertising agencies for marketing projects.

Maintain customer databases and assist in email marketing and customer communication activities.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports and presentations.

Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional roadshows.

Respond to customer inquiries related to marketing promotions and provide necessary support.

Ensure all marketing materials follow the company’s branding guidelines and standards.

Support sales and business development teams with promotional materials and marketing information.

Perform other administrative and marketing-related duties assigned by management.
