Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the hospital's National Costing Exercise (NCE) and other costing-related submissions to ensure compliance with national costing guidelines and reporting requirements.
Serve as a Finance Business Partner to clinical and operational stakeholders, providing financial insights and support for decision-making.
Perform costing, pricing, and financial analysis for healthcare services, programmes, and initiatives.
Support the evaluation of the financial viability of capital expenditure requests, business cases, and strategic projects.
Manage and maintain the hospital's SAP Controlling (CO) master data and costing-related configurations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Partner with IT consultants and vendors in the implementation, enhancement, testing, and yearly maintenance of the hospital's costing systems.
Analyse cost drivers, utilisation trends, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and value creation.
Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and other finance-related initiatives as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in costing, pricing, SAP, or business partnering would be advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across clinical, operational, and technical teams.
Experience working with large datasets, financial models, and system implementation projects is preferred.
