About Us

PEGA Advance Pte. Ltd. is a growing company specializing in the wholesale distribution of optical equipment, optical products, and related healthcare solutions. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth through innovative digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other digital platforms.

• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize ROI.

• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing initiatives.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal marketing activities.

• Design marketing collaterals including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, EDMs, catalogues, banners and promotional materials.

• Create engaging photo, video and short-form content for social media.

• Manage the company's website and social media platforms.

• Improve SEO performance and website traffic.

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other reporting tools.

• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience.

• Strong experience creating marketing designs using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator orsimilar software.

• Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Familiar with SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media marketing.

• Able to independently create attractive promotional advertisements and marketing materials.

• Knowledge of photography and video editing is an advantage.

• Creative, proactive and results-driven with excellent communication skills.

• Candidates with digital marketing experience in the optical industry will have a strong advantage.
