The primary role of the Service Executive is to provide support to the Assistant General Manager or General Manager and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner. This individual possesses communication, service oriented, friendly, approachable, people management skill and good team players.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide excellent service experience to all customers
• Take orders in system, serve customers, and clear tables
• To perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are being charged correctly
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in regards of cocktails and food menu
• Adhere to Operational SOP’s set in place to ensure a seamless operation
• Ensure the cleanliness of the establishment is up to standard
• Manage stock take and inventory for retail items
• Communicate with both patrons and team members with regards to recommendations and feedback
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous work experience in F&B is an advantage
• Possess Food Safety Level 1 Certificate
• High standard of personal hygiene
• Able to communicate in English. Ability to speak and understand other languages would be an advantage
• Good working attitude and an outgoing individual with a passion in customer service
• Friendly and enjoys meeting people
• Energetic, cheerful, and vibrant
