Responsibilities

• Plan and control project execution by confirming manpower, machinery, and material requirements on site to ensure timely progress.
• Review and verify drawings, specifications, and instructions; identify discrepancies and communicate changes to Manager/Site Manager while updating drawings accordingly.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate site progress, manpower deployment, plant and machinery usage, mobilisation schedules, storage, and access areas to optimize workflow.
• Confirm site progress reports to support progress claims, monitor project activities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify completed work by workers to ensure adherence to specifications and quality requirements.
• Receive and confirm client instructions for variation works, ensuring accurate implementation.
• Raise purchase requisitions and inspect materials delivered to site for quality and quantity compliance.
• Analyze causes and effects of deviations from the project program and propose solutions to mitigate impact.
• Provide regular feedback on project performance to the Manager for informed decision-making.
• Manage site work quality by enforcing standards and addressing issues promptly.
• Control and minimize material wastage within set targets to optimize resource use.
• Maintain site housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Arrange transportation for workers to and from the site.
• Enforce safety protocols at the site to maintain a secure working environment.
