Executive, Community & Programme

Programme Coordination

• Support the planning, coordination and implementation of community programmes, events and activities.

• Work with internal teams to ensure programmes are delivered smoothly and according to agreed timelines.

• Assist with post-programme evaluation and follow-up actions.

Planning and Administration

• Prepare programme schedules, workplans, budgets and administrative documents.

• Coordinate logistics, venues, materials, manpower and other programme requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation of programme activities and expenditure.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with caregivers, families, volunteers, community partners and service providers.

• Respond to enquiries and provide timely updates on programme arrangements.

• Support communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

Programme Monitoring and Evaluation

• Monitor programme participation, activities and deliverables.

• Collect feedback and maintain records of programme outcomes.

• Highlight operational issues and assist in implementing appropriate follow-up actions.

Volunteer Recruitment and Development

• Support the recruitment, onboarding and deployment of volunteers.

• Maintain regular communication with volunteers and assist in coordinating training and engagement activities.

• Encourage volunteer participation, development and a sense of purpose in supporting caregivers and families.

Process Improvement

• Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements to programme processes.

• Support the implementation of procedures that improve programme efficiency, service quality and participant experience.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure programme activities are carried out in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and relevant requirements.

• Prepare programme updates, statistics, reports and supporting documents.

• Maintain accurate records for reporting, audit and evaluation purposes.

Community Outreach and Partnerships

• Support community outreach initiatives and engagement activities.

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with community organisations, healthcare providers, social service agencies and other partners.

• Represent the organisation at outreach events, meetings and programme activities when required.

Database and Records Management

• Maintain accurate and updated records of participants, volunteers, collaborators, sponsors and partners.

• Ensure proper data entry, filing, documentation and confidentiality.

• Support the preparation of programme statistics and database reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Polytechnic diploma in Community Development, Social Sciences, Social Work, Events Management or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in programme coordination, community engagement, volunteer management or event administration is preferred.

• Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with databases and digital systems.

• A team player who is resourceful, responsible and committed to supporting caregivers, persons with disabilities and their families.

• Willing to support programmes and events outside regular working hours when required.

• Experience in Grassroots volunteer will be advantageous.
