Job Summary

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in international logistics, delivering tailored solutions, and building lasting client relationships across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients such as importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies to generate new business opportunities
• Analyze client logistics needs and propose customized freight forwarding and transportation solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate contract terms, and successfully secure new accounts
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers to ensure client retention
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver seamless service and meet client expectations
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets to support company growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industries
• Proven track record of new business development and account acquisition in relevant sectors
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and international trade regulations
• Communicated effectively with clients and internal teams

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful client engagements
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage
