Kerja Sepenuh Masa Sales Coordinator- Sales Administration Executive, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,500 di REVOLUTION MEDIA PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and process all internal and external advertising bookings
• Maintain P&L spreadsheets and campaign tracking for media projects. Input and manage media bookings and scheduled dates through the Trello system
• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals and documentation
• Compile and manage advertising revenue records for all advertising buys
• Ensure all advertising materials comply with advertising requirements
• Schedule and work with the editorial team on upcoming sales campaigns for advertisers
• Update all signed sales contracts and work with finance for invoice timings
• Coordinate with internal departments on sales bookings, publish dates and invoicing
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
• Communicate with advertising agencies and direct clients on booking, publish dates and billing enquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, providing cross-functional support and covering additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements :

• At least two years of working experience
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of media, advertising, and marketing operations would be an added advantage.
