Kerja Sepenuh Masa QUANTITY SURVEYOR, Gaji tinggi SGD 2,600 di INDECO ENGINEERS (PTE) LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Duties & responsibilities:

· To submit quotation to customer based on Schedule of Rate or Star Rate;

· To source for quotations from specialists/ sub-contractors/ suppliers, prepare comparison, negotiate, and award contracts;

· To prepare payment response to the subcontractors’ monthly claim, monthly progress claim, certify subcontractors’ progress payments, prepare variation orders, finalize accounts;

· To administer contracts of all values and ensure that they are completed within budget;

· To ensure proper documentation of all records;

· To review and advise Operation Manager or Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specifications;

· To monitor and ensure delivery of materials are in accordance with contractual requirements;

· To coordinate site issues including procurement of materials from the suppliers;

· To liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and internal departments in resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

· Min Diploma and/or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

· Min 2 years working experience, inclusive 1 year in Government Project;

· Able to commence work immediately of within short notice preferred.
