Responsibilities
- HR Role:
Recruitment process, interviews, organize events and prepare employment contract
Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and levy waiver requests.
Process monthly payroll, overtime, claims and allowances.
Maintain staff's attendance, update E-Leaves, HR system and employees' personal files.
Maintain of operation vehicle road tax, insurance and office items - Accounting Role:
Prepare tax invoices, updates receipts and scanning work
Assist to update records in the accounting system as assigned
Maintain ad-hoc duties as assigned
