Kerja Sepenuh Masa HR Executive, Gaji tinggi SGD 4,000 di GKE CORPORATION LIMITED - Maukerja

You should be a "hands-on person" and able to work in a fast paced environment. This is a HR Generalist role.

Your Key responsibilities as follows:

• Engage the department managers, understand manpower demands, advise recruitment strategies and identify suitable sourcing channels
• Liaise with existing employees and address their queries on HR matter and grievances to ensure a safe and productive workplace
• Handle end-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation for the subsidiaries. Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness in salary payments, with compliance to company policies and statutory requirements.
• Update and draft HR-related policies, procedures, and processes, including Employee Handbook. Ensure the policies and practices comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and work closely with departments on the yearly Performance Appraisal Exercise to ensure that the required deadlines are met
• Prepare and compile the annual increment and bonus spreadsheet, follow-up on the completion of increment and bonus review and prepare the relevant letters for salary adjustment/promotions/bonus
• Process medical claims & insurance matters under the Group Hospital & surgical and Work Injury Compensation.
• Proactively identify ways to enhance work processes from improved performance either through self-discovery or seeking feedback from stakeholders
• Liaise with various government agencies i.e. MOM and IRAS for the submission of MOM surveys or wages surveys
• Assist Assistant Manager – HR & Admin to supervise and guide the HR Officers in the daily HR operational matters
• Any ad hoc tasks or project as assigned by Senior Manager and Assistant Manager
• Ensure strict confidentiality is kept at all times

Job Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/HR
• Experience in Logistics industry is an added advantage
• Experience in Unit4 Prosoft is an added advantage
• Ability to manage the role independently
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work well with people at all levels within an organization
