Join Honest Crafters — Singapore’s specialist in luxury leather restoration — as a Delivery Driver. You’ll be the friendly, reliable face who collects and returns customers’ treasured bags, shoes and other leather items. This is a hands-on role that combines safe driving, basic vehicle care and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver leather goods to/from customers and business partners on scheduled routes.
• Safely drive the company van and perform basic daily vehicle checks (oil, tyres, lights, cleanliness).
• Load, secure and unload leather items with care — these are high-value, delicate goods.
• Handle cash collections and obtain customer signatures; ensure invoices and delivery paperwork are accurate and returned to the office.
• Call or message customers to confirm appointments and ensure smooth handovers.
• Report any vehicle faults, delivery issues or customer feedback to the Operations team promptly.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and provide courteous customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Class 3A driving licence (Singapore).
• Proven safe driving record and ability to navigate Singapore roads.
• Able to read and communicate in English for delivery notes and customer calls.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling small, high-value items (bags, shoes). No heavy lifting required.
• Basic cash-handling experience and trustworthiness for collecting payments.
• Mobile phone for customer calls/WhatsApp and route coordination.
