Sepenuh Masa Marketing Manager-Assistant Manager Jobs, in Quanterm Logistics Sdn Bhd Petaling - Maukerja

Quanterm Group is building its Group Marketing function, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead marketing activities for the Malaysian market.

You will manage brand, content, creative activities and marketing campaigns in Malaysia, while supporting the Sales team and contributing to Quanterm Group’s overall branding.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, work independently, execute marketing activities and grow with the organization.

Brand & Marketing

• Ensure all marketing materials follow Quanterm Group’s brand guidelines.

• Manage social media, content creation and marketing campaigns.

• Prepare and manage marketing materials, presentations and promotional content.

• Maintain the company’s marketing templates and brand assets.

• Plan and coordinate local marketing campaigns and activities.

• Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.

• Manage annual festive gifting activities.

Commercial Support

• Manage and route inbound enquiries to the relevant Sales team.

• Maintain lead records and update CRM systems.

• Prepare sales materials such as service brochures, presentations and proposals.

• Support monthly marketing and lead-generation reports.

• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support business growth.

• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Sales & Marketing Support.

• Experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Knowledge of Canva, Illustrator or other design tools is an advantage.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Good organisational and communication skills.

• Experience with CRM or lead management systems is an advantage.

• Logistics, freight forwarding or B2B industry experience is an added advantage.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
