About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Merdeka Network Sdn. Bhd. in KL / Selangor (Selayang & Gombak area). This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing organization.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the management team

• Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, document management, and scheduling

• Maintaining and updating office records and databases

• Providing support for various projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

• FRESHGRADUATE are encouraged to apply

• MALAYSIAN ONLY

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in any field & No working experience required (training provided)

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor

• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
