Kerja Sepenuh Masa WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di EASY DECO SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control.
• Oversee daily cash-and-carry customer activities to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock is accurately checked, documented, and updated in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Plan and organize warehouse space utilization to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure proper handling of products and compliance with safety procedures.
• Investigate stock variances, operational issues and goods returned, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Prepare inventory reports and performance reports for warehouse operation team.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members to improve operational effectiveness and service quality.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in FMCG, retail distribution, e-commerce fulfilment or fast-moving inventory operation will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership to motivate and supervise warehouse operation team.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management and warehouse processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word etc).
• Knowledge with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Posses positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
