Kerja Sepenuh Masa PPC Executive - Operations Planner, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di CSYAP Group Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a PPC Executive to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, inventory monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, order priorities, and production capacity.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to address delays, constraints, or operational issues.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Manage inventory levels, including WIP monitoring and stock optimization initiatives.
• Support short-term planning activities through Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on production status, performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Ensure production plans comply with ISO9001, ISO14001, safety, and company requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of production plans, inventory data, supplier information, and company processes.
• Perform other duties assigned by management when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Malaysian Citizens only.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Diploma or certification in Production Planning & Control, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management is an added advantage.
• Preferably 2–5 years of experience in production planning, production control, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in managing production schedules, inventory control, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
