CHASEYCHARM is a Singapore-based Crystal Customisation & Experience Studio, offering personalised bracelet-making sessions, crystal pieces, and meaningful gifting experiences.

We’re looking for a warm, personable and proactive individual to join our retail team and grow with us.

Position Details

• Part-Time Retail Crew
• Able to start from 1 September 2026 onwards
• Minimum commitment of 2 days per week
• Singapore-based applicants only

We are currently unable to hire or sponsor foreign candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive and personalised service to every customer
• Guide customers through bracelet customisation, styling and gifting
• Share product knowledge and the stories behind our crystals and collections
• Assist with customer enquiries and recommend products based on individual preferences
• Handle sales transactions, POS operations and daily cash handling
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and cleanliness
• Support stock receiving, tagging and inventory checks
• Assist with store opening and closing duties
• Support a smooth and memorable in-store experience for every customer

• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
• Passionate about crystals, fashion, styling and self-expression
• Curious and willing to learn about crystals and our products
• Well-groomed, responsible and punctual
• Proactive, positive and able to work independently
• A team player who is willing to lend a hand wherever needed
• Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train you!

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
