Logistics Operations Manager

Salary

S$6,000 – S$6,800

6 Days work week.
9am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Plan and coordinate manpower deployment across client sites.

• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement continuous process improvements.

• Develop operational procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Liaise with clients regarding operational requirements and service quality.

• Analyse operational performance and prepare management reports.

• Coordinate inventory movement and warehouse space utilisation.

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations.

• Work with management to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.

• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel and operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and organisational skills.

• Good leadership and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
