Job Scopes:

• Responsible in purchasing vessel spare parts and consumables.
• Responsible for all vessels material request documents
• Manage all procurement processes (ie Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders, etc)
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and source for new vendors with competitive prices.
• Coordinate the delivery of spares parts and consumables to company and vessels.
• Manage all shipping documents (import and export).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of purchasing experience in Marine/Shipping industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
