JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide high-quality support to senior management — managing diaries, coordinating priorities, and ensuring every commitment is met
• Prepare executive-level reports, briefing documents, and presentation decks that communicate key information clearly and professionally
• Act as a trusted communication bridge between management and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation
• Coordinate strategic meetings from end to end — preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking all action items to resolution
• Conduct research and compile data that informs management decisions, business strategies, and client-facing discussions
• Support the planning and execution of business initiatives, special projects, and organisational improvement programmes
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion, integrity, and a strong sense of professional responsibility
• Learn directly from experienced leaders in a role that exposes you to high-level decision-making, strategy, and business operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
