Tanggungjawab

Job scope:

  • Handling phone calls
  • Appointment booking and patient registration
  • Cashier and dispensary duties
  • Chaperoning for clinical examination
  • Provide financial counseling and education on procedures
  • Assist patient with insurance pre-authorisation
  • Coordination of diagnostic tests
  • Maintain clinic filings and storage
  • Assisting in endoscopy procedures / surgical procedures if needed
  • Other duties assigned by doctor

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm; Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

License/Certification:

  • Registered nurse

Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board


Group surgical practice with 3 private hospital locations:

Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre, Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, Gleneagles Medical Centre
