Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Warehouse - Logistics Executive di HICOM DIECASTINGS (148133-M) Selangor - Maukerja

Responsible for the warehouse and logistics management to ensure on time delivery to customer and day-to-day activity of running the inventory, warehouse & logistics operations ensuring that the inventory system is fully operational.

JOB PURPOSE:

• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and maintain good customer service.
• Schedule & track inbound & outgoing shipments to ensure goods are delivered to customers' sites in a timely manner and as per customer requirements.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system to ensure zero FG inventory variance.
• Maintains physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing effective layouts with up to data labelling.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management software.
• Proactive with a customer service-oriented mindset.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
