The Company

Singapore-headquartered logistics and e-commerce group currently refocusing on Singapore operations looking for a replacement senior compliance manager to report into the general counsel with 2 reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the Group's compliance function, setting strategic direction and providing day-to-day guidance to the team
• Own the regulatory relationship with MAS, ensuring ongoing compliance with the Payment Services Act (PSA)
• Drive the Group's data protection programme, maintaining compliance with the PDPA and strengthening privacy governance across the business
• Conduct risk-based assessments of business unit activities, with a particular focus on AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, and payments regulation
• Lead or oversee compliance investigations and personal data incidents, delivering root cause analysis and remediation plans
• Identify control gaps and propose proportionate, practical solutions that balance regulatory obligations with commercial reality

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years' experience in regulatory compliance or a closely related discipline
• Hands-on experience with the Payment Services Act and PDPA essential — candidates who have led PSA licensing processes or built PDPA governance frameworks will stand out
• Background in banking, fintech, payments or another MAS-regulated environment strongly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority
• Experience leading or building a compliance team preferred, though not essential
• Comfortable operating across multiple workstreams in a dynamic, evolving environment
