Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Repair and overhaul (Disassemble, Clean, Inspection, Assemble and test) on Honeywell
- APU Accessories LRUs (Pneumatic valves, oil/Fuel pumps, electrical starters, wire harness).
- Operate and maintain company provided measuring apparatus, tools and equipment.
- Perform 5S and TPM on work area, tooling and equipment.
- Ensures that work carried out meets the required quality as stated in the respective engine manuals and technical documents.
- Comply with company HSE rules and procedures.
- Must have at least a NTC Aerospace Technology/ Engineering certificate or higher.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Aerospace/ Oil & Gas / Manufacturing Industries
- Experience in conducting Disassembly & Cleaning for Pneumatic Valve / Electrical starter / Harnesses
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing
- Basic computer skills
- Able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Willing to work on rotating shift
- Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills
- Candidates who are willing to work OT (with OT pay)
- Committed and willing to work long hours.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and good problem-solving skills
- Must be able to interpret blueprint drawings and use of engine manuals and/or publications
- Preferably with analytical knowledge and computer literate.
