Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets. The successful candidate will assist in supervising the team, maintaining service standards, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of assigned F&B outlets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate F&B team members.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Ensure proper setup and closing of outlets.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and proper handling of F&B equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and company standards.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in controlling operating costs and minimizing wastage.
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain necessary records.
  • Ensure staff attendance, grooming, and discipline meet company standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant F&B experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
