Full Time Finance - Accounts Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in THe Spring Management Services (Bintulu) Sarawak - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and ensure timely processing of vendor payments.
• Perform daily accounting entries and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Manage cash handling, bank-in, petty cash, and payment processing.
• Prepare SST, withholding tax, e-invoices, and other statutory submissions.
• Assist in month-end closing, audits, and financial reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records.
• Support budgeting exercises and other finance-related assignments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience is an added advantage.
• Experience in retail or property management industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
