Nadi Intelek (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a growing Early Intervention and Autism Therapy Centre established in 2015. As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources function.
This role is suitable for candidates who are looking to develop their career in HR management, people management, employee relations, recruitment, HR administration and organisational development.
The HR Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure effective HR operations, support business needs and maintain a positive and structured working environment across the organisation.

- Lead and oversee overall HR operations, annual HR planning and HR performance across all departments.
- Lead the development, review, implementation and enforcement of company-wide HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook, Training Policy, Hostel Policy, employment contracts and other HR-related policies in line with company requirements and Malaysian employment laws.
- Ensure consistent application and compliance with HR policies across all departments, while providing guidance to HODs and management.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary and misconduct matters, including advising management on proper HR processes and documentation.
- Oversee management-level training and development, particularly on HR policies, leadership responsibilities, disciplinary procedures and compliance.
- Oversee payroll review and statutory compliance, including salary adjustments, claims, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and Zakat.
- Provide HR advice and recommendations to the Managing Director and management team on policy, compliance, employee relations and organisational matters.
Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
