Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or any equivalent field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Able to identify and assess suitable talent across different disciplines
• Fast learner, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
• Source and identify suitable talent through various recruitment channels
• Develop and explore new sourcing methods to attract quality talent
• Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements
• Conduct interviews and assessments
• Perform background and reference checks for shortlisted applicants
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and application status
• Keep applicants informed throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with other recruitment-related activities and projects as required
