Job Summary

You will welcome and assist visitors, manage guest registrations and enquiries, handle booking systems, and support office supply management while ensuring compliance with Singapore Tourism Board requirements and secure handling of daily cash collections.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them accurately to the appropriate person or department
• Register all guests clearly and promptly, ensuring guests sign the register receipt upon check-in
• Respond to enquiries in person or by phone with accurate and helpful information
• Provide or send out information about Singapore tourist attractions to visitors
• Manage the booking system efficiently to ensure accurate reservations and scheduling
• Monitor office supplies and promptly inform the company of any shortages
• Perform clerical duties such as filing documents and arranging hotel room bookings
• Comply fully with Singapore Tourism Board requirements to maintain operational standards
• Handle daily cash collections securely and hand over collections promptly after every shift
• Maintain integrity by adhering strictly to company policies against theft or dishonesty

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum educational level of NiTec or equivalent
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in the industry
• Ability to work rotational shifts as required
