Afternoon Shift (2nd Shift): Additional $15/day
Night Shift (3rd Shift): Additional $28/day

Work Hours & Shift Patterns:
Work Week: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)
Shift Rotations: (Initial placement is typically 1st Shift; candidates should be open to rotational shift assignments on a quarterly/biannual basis as operational needs dictate)
1st Shift (Day): 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift (Afternoon): 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM
3rd Shift (Night): 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Testing: Perform mechanical/electrical product assembly and basic testing duties along the production line.
Operations Support: Perform sorting, checking, and handling of defective components or finished goods as required.
Issue Escalation: Promptly alert the maintenance department regarding machine breakdowns or equipment operational issues.
Maintain line cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly line, or production environment is advantageous (Entry-level candidates willing to learn are welcome to apply).
Able to work in a standing environment and execute hands-on assembly tasks.
Adaptable and willing to support rotational shifts (Day, Afternoon, or Night) when scheduled.
Possession of a forklift license is a plus (higher starting base band available for licensed candidates), though not mandatory.
