Rise Bakehouse is a growing Singapore bakehouse that is known for its commitment to not only quality and creativity, but also their aesthetic vibes spreading through 3 outlets within 3 years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about elevating your culinary skills with care and precision, we’d love to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen (hot kitchen, brunch, or prep) and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes according to standards.
• Assist Kitchen Chef in menu execution, new dish development, and seasonal offerings
• Train and guide junior staff to ensure proper cooking techniques and SOP adherence.
• Ensure food preparation is efficient and aligned with service timing.
• Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and minimise wastage.
• Enforce food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with SFA.
• Work closely with front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in café, brunch, or casual dining.
• Prior experience as a CDP or Senior CDP is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Western café cuisine and brunch items.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise junior staff.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork
• Familiar with food safety and hygiene standards in Singapore
• Able to commit to weekends, and public holidays.
