Job Summary

Manage and oversee financial accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, financial statement preparation, internal audits, and cash flow management to support operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections
• Prepare and analyze financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to support financial reporting
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Manage cash flow to maintain sufficient funds for daily business operations
• Assist with cost accounting activities including inventory valuation and cost control to optimize expenses
• Provide support during month-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Experience in Full Sets Accounting is advantageous
• Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage pressure within tight schedules
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Show active teamwork and willingness to learn
