Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Dispatch Clerk to support our daily delivery, dispatch and operational activities.

The position involves travelling to customers, PSA, depots, offices and other locations to deliver or collect documents, items and provide support for various logistics and operational services.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily dispatch and delivery duties.
• Deliver and collect documents, payments, permits, invoices and other items as required.
• Travel to customers, PSA, depots, offices and other locations for operational purposes.
• Assist the Operations team with daily logistics and transport activities.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, depots and service providers.
• Follow up on delivery and collection schedules.
• Ensure documents and items are delivered or collected on time.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties related to dispatch and operations.
• Assist with other operational and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatch, delivery, logistics or administration will be an advantage.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 2B motorcycle licence.
• Must own and use a personal motorcycle for work-related duties.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and locations.
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

Transport Allowance

• Transport allowance is provided to support work-related use of the employee's personal motorcycle, including petrol, parking, maintenance and other related motorcycle expenses.
• Employee must have a valid motorcycle licence and motorcycle insurance/road tax as required by law.
