Job Summary

Join as a Junior Recruiter to develop recruitment skills through training and mentorship. You will source, assess, and match candidates to job opportunities while supporting recruitment processes and achieving team targets.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using multiple recruitment channels to identify suitable talent
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for roles
• Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on skills and client needs
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients to ensure smooth communication
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients to support recruitment success
• Update and maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database for efficient tracking
• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets by effectively managing recruitment activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn recruitment skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and clients effectively
• Self-motivated and target-driven to meet recruitment goals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for daily recruitment tasks
• Candidates with a valid CEI (Certificate for Employment Intermediaries) certification will have an added advantage
