What You’ll Do:

  • Carry out turn-on and cut-off of electricity and water supply as well as to take meter reading of electricity, water, and gas meters for account opening/closing
  • Perform disconnection and reconnection of electricity supply for default payment utility accounts
  • Perform water thimble jobs
  • Attending to customers’ queries on high electricity consumption and conduct site investigation on suspected meter irregularities cases
  • Handle complaints, service recovery and case investigation
  • Any other duties related to the job scope as assigned by Unit and Section Head

What You'll Need:

  • Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Communications / Aerospace / Mechantronics Engineering or any other relevant disciplines from a local Polytechnic / ITE.
  • Possess Class 2/2A/2B/3 driving license and has own vehicle
  • Conversant in SS638 Code of Practice for Electrical Installations & Electricity Regulations
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on alternate Saturdays
