Join our team as a Finance Service Desk Analyst and be the first point of contact for finance-related support, helping resolve billing, accounting, and invoice queries while delivering exceptional service.
Key Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Finance Support, Helpdesk, or Customer Service
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) & Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication skills
